EMC SolutionTrack Online is a series of concise, easy to follow whiteboard tutorials and supporting manuals. It teaches partners how to have an interactive conversation with their customers on EMC virtualization solutions and uncover sales opportunities.
Similar to our one day, face-to-face SolutionTrack events, SolutionTrack Online is not intended to replace the full day of SolutionTrack events, which includes role playing and hands on selling scenarios. But it can serve as a condensed, refresher tool for partners who attend SolutionTrack and an introduction for those partners who were unable to attend the event in person. To be successful in leveraging these tools with customers, partners should practice delivering the whiteboard on their own.
